These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant" or "User") and Divya Yogam. Accessing our website, filling registration forms, or attending live/online sessions signifies your complete agreement to these terms.
Divya Yogam offers guided practices including Organ Meditation, 14 Yogas, 7 Chakra alignment, Quantum Habits, Panchakosha balancing, and spiritual growth workshops.
Divya Yogam programs focus on holistic wellbeing, energetic alignment, and meditative practices. They are intended for self-improvement and spiritual development and do not substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.
Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular concerns, pregnancy, or recent surgeries are advised to consult their medical practitioner prior to participating in physical yoga postures or deep breathwork. You assume personal responsibility for your physical readiness.
All instructional content, audio recordings, guided meditation scripts, illustrations, logos, and written literature provided by Divya Yogam are the exclusive intellectual property of Divya Yogam. Unauthorized recording, distribution, reproduction, or public sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
Divya Yogam is dedicated to maintaining a peaceful, respectful, and sacred space for all participants. Any disruptive behavior, harassment, unauthorized commercial promotion, or non-consensual recording during sessions will lead to immediate removal without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divya Yogam and its instructors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access or participation in guided wellness activities.
